This is a time lapse of the barn (I mean house) they tossed up in the lot next door.  This is about 7 to 10 days of construction compressed down to a few minutes.  The interior work is going much slower.  All brand new, very expensive asking price and yet, pretty shabby construction in my opinion.

They tore down the tiny house next to us and are replacing it with a much bigger house.  It means a summer of noise on the pirate ship.  It will be big and expensive so we’re hoping a rich celebrity, like Lindsay Lohan might move in.

I’ve always found the Personality Parade page in Sunday’s Parade Magazine fascinating.  Not that I learn anything but that the questions are so inane or just plain stupid.  Don’t these people have lives of their own?  Don’t they know how to use Google?  Here’s a spontaneous reading of a recent issue.  It’s 7 minutes long so if you don’t like it, that’s 7 minutes of your life wasted that you’ll never get back.

I never thought I would be man enough to handle a leaf blower.  But my health doesn’t allow me to rake for more than a minute at a time so we upgraded.

Aunt Peg asked me (by mistake), to take the poopie pies out of the refrigerator.  That was good for 10 minutes of laughs.

Dancing Makes You Smarter

This is pretty cool.  After the performances which included my friend Peter dancing a tango, he and his daughter Sophia took to the floor and just had some fun, dancing with each other and making things up as they went.  It was very spontaneous and a pleasure to watch.
